Shipping

Australia Post is my primary carrier for national and international deliveries.
International deliveries - some countries may charge local taxes, customs and/or duties. These are not included in your purchase and delivery charge with me and may be applicable at point of delivery to you.
Damage - If your pieces ARE damaged through transit, please keep the broken item, all of the packaging and get in touch with your local carrier ASAP as I do not accept liability for lost or broken items. You will be able to make a claim for the damaged item through them.
I package the work very carefully, and have had very few breakages occur. Australia post includes up to $100 insurance within the standard postage options. If you wish to pay for additional insurance, please get in touch immediately after purchase so that I can include this when sending your item.

To help with sustainability, Rebecca uses recycled packaging as much as possible

Shipping Timeframes

Standard shipping will take up to 14 days once shipped.

Express shipping will be up to 3 days once shipped

Tuesdays/Wednesdays: 3pm - 5pm
Weekends: 10am - 2pm

Returns

Refunds are not offered due to the difficulty of packing items safely for transit.
Please refer to the shipping policy for information on breakages during transit.
