Damage – If your pieces ARE damaged through transit, please keep the broken item, all of the packaging and get in touch with your local carrier ASAP as I do not accept liability for lost or broken items. You will be able to make a claim for the damaged item through them.
I package the work very carefully, and have had very few breakages occur. Australia post includes up to $100 insurance within the standard postage options. If you wish to pay for additional insurance, please get in touch immediately after purchase so that I can include this when sending your item.
